Once the page is open scroll down to the second point.
Click on ‘I also need adaptations of this email’ and the following menu will drop down.
Once you select what you want and add the no. of templates you want the adaptation of, just hit the <ORDER NOW> tab after filling out the delivery time and all other order details.
