As far as designing is concerned, ensure it\u2019s well-padded and designed for a mobile-first experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CTA placement is a bit tricky. What\u2019s the best place to feature your CTA? Here\u2019s where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If it\u2019s a time-sensitive, promotional, or preference management email, place it above the fold just below the relevant copy.<br><\/li><li>For long emails such as newsletters, consider placing one above the fold and one at the end of the body copy.<br><\/li><li>For emails with product grids, place one CTA at the top and multiple CTAs for each product in the grid.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As a rule of thumb, keep your CTAs simple and prominent. Image-heavy emails take longer to load. Text-heavy emails lack visual appeal. So you want to have a healthy mix of both.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re an ecommerce brand, your image dependency is higher. If, on the other hand, you\u2019re a B2B brand, you should probably use more text.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ditto for when you\u2019re sending out policy updates, legal emails, or messages from the CEO and experts at the organization.&nbsp;<br>But in all cases, refrain from<a href=\"https:\/\/email.uplers.com\/blog\/welcoming-plain-text-email-aboard-4-things-to-consider\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> plain text-only emails<\/a>. Remember, many of your subscribers prefer viewing emails in Dark Mode even during the daytime. Increasingly, it\u2019s a matter of habit, not choice.
