It has been updated on 8th April 2022.<\/strong>]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Measuring performance is crucial to all marketing activities, as it helps to evaluate a campaign\u2019s effectiveness. And to measure the performance of campaigns, the reporting capabilities feature comes in handy as it helps to measure the effectiveness of the campaign and assess the goal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salesforce Marketing Cloud provides a feature called Analytics Builder, which caters to the requirements listed above. <a href=\"https:\/\/email.uplers.com\/infographics\/salesforce-marketing-cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salesforce Marketing Cloud<\/a> reports are one of the platform\u2019s least talked about features and yet they are highly important.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the Analytics Builder feature, you gain access to a host of different Salesforce reporting options. As a marketer there are three sets of Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports that you should absolutely know of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Standard reports<\/em> &#8211; These reports are out-of-the-box reports provided by Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns. They can be pulled based on specific criteria.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, there are various filter criteria under standard reports, which can be pulled to make your campaign effective. Let\u2019s have a look at the types of report filters that can be used for standard reports.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Business Value<\/strong>: These are filters used to categorize the type of business value obtained from the reports. These can be of the following types:<ul><li>Customer Acquisition<\/li><li>Customer Engagement<\/li><li>Customer Retention<\/li><li>Message Deliverability<\/li><li>ROI \/ Conversion<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Channels<\/strong>: These channels can be used for reports.<ul><li>Contacts<\/li><li>Journey Builder<\/li><li>Email<\/li><li>MC Administration<\/li><li>MobilePush<\/li><li>CloudPages<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Users<\/strong>: This filter is used for types of users i.e Reports owners&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tools<\/strong>: This filter is used to create reports in different formats like:<ul><li>Bar<\/li><li>Chart<\/li><li>Trends<\/li><li>Line&nbsp;<\/li><li>Table<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dates criteria<\/strong>: This is a combination of two filter criteria:<ul><li>Date Created&nbsp;<\/li><li>Date Modified<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This filter is used to filter the data set into various date-related filters like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Last 24 hours<\/li><li>Last 7 days<\/li><li>Last 30 days&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the following types of standard reports that can be used to give a leg up to your Salesforce reporting activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many reports under this category, but we will be focusing on the important Email studio reports only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Account Send Summary<\/strong>: This type of report provides a summary of the Email response on an Account level.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Campaign Email Job Tracking Summary<\/strong>: This report displays data about each job in a campaign and the relevant email tracking statistics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Campaign Email Tracking Summary<\/strong>: This report focuses on tracking email data for each email in a campaign.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Conversion Tracking Statistics<\/strong>:&nbsp; This report is about the conversion activity across all your emails.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Message Frequency<\/strong>: This report shows the no. of customers who received multiple emails for a specified period.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Performance by Attribute<\/strong>: This report shows the different email send reports based on subscriber attributes and preference values.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Performance by Domain<\/strong>: This report showcases the email performance categorized by each domain.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Performance by List<\/strong>: This report analyses and displays the click-through rate, bounce, and response for each list or group.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Performance Over Time<\/strong>: This report shows the data for all sends during a specific period.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Email Sends by User<\/strong>: This report displays the no.&nbsp;
